The Science of Sound: Why Frequencies Shape How We Feel

Step into a hotel café in the morning or a lounge in the evening, and you might not notice it right away—but your body does. The music in the room is doing more than filling silence; it’s shaping how you feel.

Take 40 Hz, for example. In neuroscience, steady 40 Hz pulses are associated with focus and improved cognition.
